These terms apply to your use of tubetools.online ("TubeTools"), run by Daniel from Spain. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

TubeTools offers free browser-based tools and informational guides for YouTube creators. The tools run on your device; some of them load publicly available images and data from YouTube at your request. We may change, add or remove tools and content at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the tools for personal and professional purposes, including for your own channel or for clients. You agree not to:

  • use the site to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site;
  • scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, or republish our guides as your own.

3. Third-party content and copyright

Thumbnails, titles and other material retrieved from YouTube belong to their respective owners. TubeTools doesn't grant you any rights to that material. You're responsible for how you use it — for example, reusing another creator's thumbnail may require their permission unless an exception such as fair use or the right of quotation applies. If you believe content on TubeTools itself infringes your rights, contact us at contacto@tubetools.online and we'll respond promptly.

4. Our content

The guides, text, design and code of TubeTools are protected by copyright. You're welcome to quote short passages with a link back to the original page. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC. TubeTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

5. Information, not professional advice

Our guides and calculators are for general information. Earnings estimates are hypothetical and depend on many factors outside anyone's control; they are not a promise of income. YouTube's rules change, and while we work to keep pages current, always check YouTube's official Help Center before making decisions. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

6. Disclaimer

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted or that results will be accurate for your specific case.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeTools won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including the rights you have as a consumer.

We link to third-party websites (such as YouTube Help and tool providers) for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of your place of residence.
