Hi, I'm Daniel

I'm a student in Spain, and I build and run TubeTools on my own. I started it because I wanted simple tools to study thumbnails and understand YouTube's numbers, and most of the good ones were locked behind subscriptions designed for agencies.

What you'll find here

Free tools for the practical parts of making videos: a thumbnail downloader, a thumbnail analyzer, a feed preview, a thumbnail checklist, a title generator and a revenue calculator. They run in your browser, need no account, and don't upload your images.
Guides on thumbnails, titles, analytics and monetization, written to answer one question well rather than to fill a page. You can browse them all on the guides page.

How we write our guides

YouTube advice online is full of confident numbers with no source. We try to do the opposite:

Official sources first. Rules, thresholds and definitions come from YouTube's Help Center, YouTube's official blog and Google's documentation. Each guide lists its sources at the end.
Estimates are labeled as estimates. YouTube doesn't publish earnings data by niche, so figures like RPM ranges are marked as indicative, with an explanation of where they come from and why your numbers may differ.
No invented case studies. We don't publish "real examples" we can't verify. Worked examples are clearly marked as hypothetical.
Dates you can trust. Every guide shows when it was last updated. When YouTube changes a rule — like the Partner Program changes announced in August 2026 — we update the affected pages.
How AI is used. Guides are researched and drafted with the help of AI tools, including the translations between English and Spanish. Every statement about YouTube's rules is checked against the official sources listed at the end of the guide, and figures that can't be verified are labeled as estimates.

If you find something outdated or wrong, please tell me via the contact page or at contacto@tubetools.online. Corrections are made as soon as they're verified.

How TubeTools is funded

TubeTools is free and is supported by ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisers have no say in what we write, we don't publish sponsored posts, and we don't sell data. The tools work without collecting the images or links you use. The details are in our privacy policy.

TubeTools is an independent project. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC and is used here only to describe what the tools and guides are about.
